Good location, good size room,...

Liked: Reception staff has been friendly and helpful, so has house keeping. There was an issue with the air conditioner not working properly, but I could move into another room.
Disliked: I tried to amend dates of booking, that was declined. So I paid for a night more than I needed.Also I wouldn't give it 4 stars, 3 most. I found the lack of basic things a bit disappointing, like milk, hair conditioning and body lotion, iron and ironing board, etc. I could put a long list of things I normally find in a 4 stars hotel.Also the breakfast choices were excellent, there was always a lack of eggs. Everybody would also like to see a friendly face in the morning, unfortunately that doesn't apply to the girls working in the restaurant. They were diligent, but tried to ignore guests. A smile or a friendly good morning would be all it takes

Disliked: I wonder who came up with the idea of designing a hotel room with a tiny slot in the roof as its ‘window,’ offering absolutely no view.
