Liked: Breakfast was excellent, hygiene also. Very pleasant and helpfull staff. Location is very good, in a quiet street, but not so far away from city attractions.
Disliked: The window was small and looking to another building, there was not enough daylight.

Liked: I booked this hotel and they transferred me in one of their nasty hotels, Ramada.I think it is a setup, because they have other hotels open, they will say they are open and the day before you arrive they message you saying because of booking error they have to transfer you to another hotel because they don't place here for you. I booked room for 265 euro here and they end up sending me to another nasty hotel and even charge me more 319.85 euro. Be careful when reserving with them. This is a planned scam. I was told that they will charge me the same. Avoid all the EAs, it will better for you. There are a lot better hotels around.
Disliked: The only thing positive was the front desk receptionist, Anita, at Ramada, she was very nice and helpful.

Pleasant

Liked: Nice quiet two-room apartment on the top floor.
Disliked: The room lacks lighting controls. You need to shut off all electricity (also from the outlets) to turn off the light and noisy vent in the bathroom. Climate is noisy and had no option to shut off.

Wonderful hotel in a great...

Liked: Returned to stay again after a great stay last year. Excellent location with access to the whole city either walking or by tram. Improved breakfast selection from my last stay, the staff remained warm and friendly as ever.
