Liked: Room was clean and large; staff was nice.

First time staying at this hotel and LOVED it! The employees were all very nice and helpful. The room was awesome and comfortable.
Liked: Perfect location.
Disliked: A little pricey.

My husband and I watched the Eddie Griffin stand up at the Nokia theater. The hotel was very convenient because we didn't even have to drive. We just walked across. Hotel was very clean.

Fair hotel. Over priced for...
Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: They charge $60 for one night of parking and only offer Valet. The hotel had NO food options and the gift shop was closed as I was told by the lady at the desk "they only open it on the weekends. There was a card left on my desk in the room that said food was served on the 2nd floor. There was no one serving food..I went down to ask she rang them from the front desk and said. "I guess they are not here today so sorry no food...". Room was ok...

Disappointing
Liked: The hotel offers great rooms and amenities, but what truly stands out is the location. It's ideally situated, allowing easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport.
Disliked: We had fully paid for our rooms prior to arrival, so it was surprising to be asked for an additional $100 deposit per room, per night at check-in. This added up to over $600 in unexpected charges—supposedly refundable. The real problem came at checkout, when instead of returning the deposit, the same amount was charged again. Staff members were unable to give a clear explanation, leaving us confused and frustrated. In the end, I was charged over $900 in deposits we hadn’t anticipated, with a promise that the refund would take between 5 to 7 business days.

Disappointing
Liked: The hotel, its location, and the rooms were all excellent. The best part was definitely the location—convenient, safe, and close to everything we needed.
Disliked: Before our arrival, we paid the full amount for the rooms. However, once at the hotel, we were charged an additional $100 deposit per room, per night, which added up to over $600—refundable, but unexpected. The real issue arose during checkout: instead of refunding the deposit, the hotel charged it again. The staff seemed confused and unable to clearly explain what was happening. In the end, I was left with over $900 in deposits—money we hadn’t planned on spending—and only a vague promise of a refund within 5 to 7 business days.
