Liked: Room was clean and large; staff was nice.
Disliked: Had to wait until after 3:00 pm to check in.

First time staying at this hotel and LOVED it! The employees were all very nice and helpful. The room was awesome and comfortable.

Liked: Perfect location.
Disliked: A little pricey.

My husband and I watched the Eddie Griffin stand up at the Nokia theater. The hotel was very convenient because we didn't even have to drive. We just walked across. Hotel was very clean.

Excellent hotel. Excellent Staff!

Liked: I liked the location, as it was close to the conference venue I attended. It was within walking distance to great restaurants. There was some disturbance in the city the week prior my stay but I felt secured in this hotel location. The value and quality of my stay were worth the cost I paid.
Disliked: My stay was excellent, so there was nothing that I didn't like. However, I want to propose a better parking for the hotel. Other than that, it was great! I would stay here again!

Okay hotel for a 1...

Liked: Large clean rooms. Nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: The hotel is very loud. You can hear people talking in the room next to you, outside street noise. We stayed 1 night a Friday night and at 3 in the morning there was a big street take over cars doing doughnuts,setting off fireworks,police chase, it was very loud and woke us up. There is no microwave in the room yet they have a small market that sells frozen food. Also the $60 valet parking is a lot.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and the location is superb.
Disliked: I booked this hotel for a business trip and that was unfortunate. The room was noisy from the patrons outside and the loud air conditioner in the room. I had to wipe down the light switches because they were visibly dirty, the restaurant/bar in the hotel was closed during my entire stay (Sunday-Thursday), my hotel key kept deactivating (this happened to SEVERAL other people), even when the hotel key was completely separated from my cell phone and all other cards, there isn't a microwave on site you can use, even though the restaurant was closed the entire time, and lastly, the staff werent too knowledgeable about anything. Its unfortunate because the location of the hotel is amazing, but I would never stay here again!
