First time staying at this hotel and LOVED it! The employees were all very nice and helpful. The room was awesome and comfortable.

My husband and I watched the Eddie Griffin stand up at the Nokia theater. The hotel was very convenient because we didn't even have to drive. We just walked across. Hotel was very clean.

Disliked: We requested extra duvet since we were sharing a twin for 4 people, but for whatever reason they couldn't deliver it with duvet cover.

Nice location in downtown LA

Liked: The hotel was ok, we stayed here because we were going to a basketball game, and the location could not have been more perfect for this.
Disliked: The personell could have been nicer.

A charming place to stay...

Liked: The decor was very pretty, and gave the public spaces a relaxed and charming atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and sufficiently spacious. The staff was very friendly. The location is right across the street from the Grammy Museum and LA Live.
Disliked: The happy hour menu in the 2nd floor bar was rather expensive, especially considering they were advertised as discounted prices.

Too short

Liked: Modern and clean, the location is amazing, near tons of shopping and great food, near train and bus lines if you want to buzz over to another city or area. Great staff, super accommodating and kind. You really can’t beat this place for location. Beds were high quality (not cringy gramma style lace) very soft high thread-count cool cotton. Perfect pillows. and tv is massive.
Disliked: There is Nothing we didn’t like.

Disliked: Small, paper thin walls and needs a good tidy up. Way too expensive for what it was.
