Dynasty Suites Redlands

My husband and I were pleased with our room. The amenities in the room were excellent. They made great use of the space. Internet, a fireplace, wide screen TV, bathtub, refrigerator, all neatly arranged compiled in a space that was not that large. Yet it was still very comfortable.

Liked: Staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean. Which is always a concern of mine.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: I didn't like the lack of television features. Most of it was infomercials.

Decent place but can be...

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice decor.
Disliked: Noisy neighbors: cars reving up shortly after 4 AM, music starting and staff talking shortly after 5 AM. Thick pillows, toiletry and towel decorations that just tell me they have been handled more than necessary, a turn off: i have to discard the 'nicely folded' tissue and toilet paper pieces and some more to get to the less handled parts, and not use the towels that have been handled too much.

Great get-away for the night

Liked: Breakfast was great in the morning. Bed was comfortable, electric fireplace was a nice touch, but spa was very outdated.
Disliked: Stayed in spa-tub room. The spa was difficult to fill, it got a little cloudy for a second, and never got hot- just warm.

One of the best places...

Liked: This property is so well kept. It’s very cute and it’s very comfortable and clean. The staff is great, and the breakfast is awesome. Will definitely be staying here again. I love the addition of the fireplace in the room and all the extra amenities love this place!

Liked: I like the old school feel. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff was awesome! Given the style of hotel it is, it was surprisingly very quiet. The rooms had a retro vibe and were very comfortable.
