My husband and I were pleased with our room. The amenities in the room were excellent. They made great use of the space. Internet, a fireplace, wide screen TV, bathtub, refrigerator, all neatly arranged compiled in a space that was not that large. Yet it was still very comfortable.

Liked: Staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean. Which is always a concern of mine.
Disliked: None.

Good stay in Redlands

Liked: Location and suites style.
Disliked: Old facility. Water leaked when it rain. Smell coming from the plumbing and pipes. Dogs

Liked: Comfortable bed and the shower jets.
Disliked: I saw a medium roach crawling on the bathroom floor behind the toilet near the shower. Other than that I would have given 9 stars for cleanliness.

Very good

Liked: Clean comfortable rooms beds are comfortable friendly staff . Our go to hotel while traveling in area. Breakfast included.
Disliked: Our room was upstairs, which made it a little difficult to bring luggage up and down stairs.
