Dynasty Suites Redlands

My husband and I were pleased with our room. The amenities in the room were excellent. They made great use of the space. Internet, a fireplace, wide screen TV, bathtub, refrigerator, all neatly arranged compiled in a space that was not that large. Yet it was still very comfortable.

Liked: Staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean. Which is always a concern of mine.
Disliked: None.

Superb

Liked: Charming hotel with lots of lush vines on the balconies and other plants and flowers which reminded me of what an oasis this was/is. Excellent reception, breakfast kitchen staff. Sauna, pool, ease of getting to other locations

Jcuzzi heart shape was cool

Liked: The property had a lovely pool and room had a fun jacuzzi but the fan was not working.. we told them right away and instead of giving us another room which they did have another, they sent someone to fix it. The noise stopped for a few minutes but it came back and we had to deal with that noise while using the jacuzzi. Took the fun out of it.
Disliked: The maintenance guy was nice but the check in person should have given us another room from the begging or a discount like we asked him to do if they didn’t move us.

Liked: Very comfortable bed. The room has everything you could want. I appreciated that little package of toothpaste.
Disliked: A little updating in the bathroom might be nice, still everything was more than fine.

We had a great overall...

Liked: I liked there was a couch and coffee table when our kids stopped by for dinner. Also a fridge to accommodate our leftovers. I requested extra pillows & toothpaste and both were provided. The breakfast provided was exactly what we were looking for as well.
Disliked: The Lotion and Conditioner cannisters did not work, so I couldn't use either of these products.
