Chandra, Compton, visiting Yaamava' Resort and Casino
My husband and I were pleased with our room. The amenities in the room were excellent. They made great use of the space. Internet, a fireplace, wide screen TV, bathtub, refrigerator, all neatly arranged compiled in a space that was not that large. Yet it was still very comfortable.
Liked: Staff was very courteous. The rooms were very clean. Which is always a concern of mine.
Disliked: None.

Liked: I like the old school feel. The atmosphere was laid back and the staff was awesome! Given the style of hotel it is, it was surprisingly very quiet. The rooms had a retro vibe and were very comfortable.

Liked: Good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious and cozy room (Suite), though it's a little dark. We had a relaxed time. When checking in, the receptionist gave us cookies. It's a good cost-performance. We often stay here when we need to be in Redlands.

Poor customer scv. by management....
Liked: Nothing, I didn't stay. I requested the Jacuzzi room.But the jacuzzi was not functioning and the manager never came out to fix it. What's told by the gallows?Front desk that nobody could be there till the next dayto fix it. So I left. I never staye.D more than ten minutes , fifteen minutes at the most. I turned in my keys and The manager still did not come out and speak to me.
Disliked: Like I mentioned the jaccuzi in the jaccuzi room I rented was broken, it did not work and the gal at the front desk said that nobody was there to fix it and wouldn't be in until the morning. The manager would not come and fix it or even come to the room to have a look. He or she would not come out and talk to me either when I returned the keys. I did not stay here. I left 10-15 minutes after entering the room. When I turned in the keys right after that and the manager still did not come out to discuss his situation with me. I only spoke to the young girl at the front desk and after speaking with her manager she came back to tell me nobody will be here till tomorrow to fix it. I told her I expected a refund since the jaccuzi was broken and not functioning.

Liked: Charming hotel with lots of lush vines on the balconies and other plants and flowers which reminded me of what an oasis this was/is. Excellent reception, breakfast kitchen staff. Sauna, pool, ease of getting to other locations
