Clean and comfortable. Good place to stay; would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Overall it's a good place to crash after a show.
Liked: Cheap place to stay.
Disliked: Smelled like a smoking room.

We always stay at this hotel when in Riverside. The staff is just amazing, the beds are super comfy (tempurpedics are the best!), the hotel is clean and well lit - it feels very safe and secure. They have a free continental breakfast and a generous noon checkout time!
Liked: Great staff, excellent beds, very clean and safe!

Liked: Room was clean, amenities were good, in rooms coffee was drinkable. We would stay here again.
Disliked: Had some other people staying there that were very loud outside our door in the middle of the night. Not really the hotel?s fault, but very aggravating nonetheless.

It was a perfect location...
Liked: Location was great - freeway close, with restaurants around. Chair at desk was extremely comfortable - the best room chair I think I've encountered. Staff was very helpful, polite, and professional. Parking was right outside my door. Once I understood how to work the shower, it was a great shower. There was a microwave as well as a refrigerator, although I didn't actually use it this time, and a free bottle of water in the refrigerator every day. The dressing area had a convenient bench to sit on, which I really appreciated.
Disliked: The instructions for turning on the shower were confusing because it looked like the wrong end was attached to the wall. Someone had to come from the office to show me how it worked. I was in a handicap room, which was fine, because I'm dealing with impaired mobility. But the room was really set up for someone in a wheelchair, whose caregiver would have to share the bed. I use a cane, and there were long stretches with nothing to put my other hand on to help my balance. The bathroom had everything to accommodate a person in a wheelchair, but I had to navigate the large space very carefully. I also had to be careful going back and forth to the car, as there was an unexpected piece of curb left in place from when they converted the spaces.
