Elegance and comfort in central...

Liked: A beautiful, calm oasis in the city. The room was lovely and quiet. Bed very comfortable. Good shower and nice amenities. The gym is fantastic, fully equipped and sparkling clean. It was a faultless stay and I will definitely return!
Disliked: Nothing.

Quiet, comfortable, friendly staff, perfect...

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, very spacious, and completed silent at night despite the hotel being in a lively area. The location was perfect - walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, and many amazing sites and restaurants, as well as located on most of the main subway lines to explore all over the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and the doorman was very helpful with our bags. We appreciated the complimentary in-room water, sparkling juices, snacks, etc. that were replenished daily with the room cleaning. The bathroom was spacious as well with a very nice shower. The AC/heat system worked well and was quiet, which was good for sleeping. Overall we had an excellent stay and would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Small things but the AC could not be set lower than 68 degrees, which is probably fine for most people but my partner and I sleep hot so we were a little overheated at night. Also the bedding could use an upgrade - rather than a fitted sheet and a duvet cover, they used a flat sheet to cover the mattress and then a flat sheet on either side of the comforter, which meant that as you rolled around at night the bare mattress pad and comforter became exposed, which wasn’t very comfortable (or sanitary). Not what I’d expect of bedding at a nice hotel. If not for these small things, I’d give the place 10/10 as it was a really great stay overall! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel at midtown, short...

Liked: Comfortable and cozy room: bright interiors, very functional, love the snacks and beverage; great location — we could walk anywhere from midtown. Lovely, courteous and engaging staff: shout-out to Aubrey, Ramon, and Lance, and everyone really who we encountered. Beautiful floral arrangements in the lobby.
Disliked: Bathrooms are a little small. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
