Looks great from the outside...

Liked: It was the closest hotel to the border crossing from Ukraine. Someone stayed up to let us into the hotel after 2:00am in morning because border crossing was very slow.
Disliked: The first room they provided was terrible. There were dead insects everywhere. (We have photos. I think that they were cockroaches!!!)The second room they provided had no shampoo or conditioner in shower room.The breakfast provided was terrible. Very little choice. We drank some coffee and we were just glad to leave.This was the most expensive hotel in the area but we booked because it was only 20 minutes from the border crossing from Ukraine.They are relying on passing trade where people will stay one night and then move on. We would never stay here again. The worst hotel ever on Booking.comI complained to Booking.com complaints team but I have not had a reply.I have never had to complain about a hotel like this before!

Liked: The location was good for what we needed.
Disliked: Their was a few issues with our stay. Shower was not working, the air conditioning was broken, there was flys everywhere and even some cock roaches that we asked to be removed. The flys where definitely a problem even in the breakfast room landing on uncovered food. We went to play a game of pool but when we where setting up the balls on the table it was evident that they where completely soaked in urine. When we went to reception to make them aware she explained quite casually that it must of been the cat that sometimes comes into the hotel. House keeping is non existent and had to ask for towels to be replenished.
