Never again

Liked: Bed was comfy however first room stank the smell was awful.
Disliked: Unclean rooms.Request not met for arrival. Not as much as a bottle of water in fridgePool freezing when advertised as heated. Over pricedPictures are so fake from what you actually get

Excleent location, wonderful facilities and...

Liked: The View from the Room was excellent - and we received an upgrade on the room to something that was quite palatial. Very Comfortable. Staff were Friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The room was right next to lifts, and in fact wrapped around the back of the lift wells with the main bathroom. As a result we could here lift movement at various points during our stay. It didn't bother us at all really, but may be of concern to some guests who stay in the same room.

Delightful staycation in a quiet...

Liked: Jnr Club Room (with a river view) was clean and comfortable; room amenities were good. Staff were friendly and accommodating.The included Buffett breakfast was OK; always go for the freshly cooked eggs
Disliked: Upon check-in, the room rate as shown by the hotel was more that what was on Booking.com (apprx $48extra per night).Apparently, the hotel had a new booking system installed, and there were a few glitches, in that the Booking.com rate hadn't come across to the new system. It was all sorted after about 10mins (after providing them with screenshots from my booking.com profile). Make sure you double check what you had booked via Booking.com, and it matches the hotel

An affordable luxurious hotel!

Liked: The hotel was quite luxurious. The room was big and very clean. The bed was a little hard for us - but all good. There was a pillow menu, which was great! Staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was part of our package which made our rate of just over $300 p/n so affordable considering breakfast is $48pp if paying at the hotel. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night so that rate is very good for a hotel in the heart of a major city. The breakfast was wonderful, everything you could want plus an egg station. The room service menu was good too - a nice variety of food. Overall a great stay!

Luxurious elegant and a truly...

Liked: The staff were very welcoming. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade something which I have never been treated too! The room was magnificent and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud it was heaven.
Disliked: The QR codes didn’t work around the pool and there was a high tray charge to get drinks delivered!

Exceptional

Liked: So clean and lovely! A welcome drink when we got there, great gym and pool facilities. Heated towel rack so I could get my washing done. Lovely but very pricey restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing not to like
