Exceptional

Liked: The landlady was lovely and nothing was a bother for her, I don't eat breakfast but I was told by another guest that it was v.good (breakfast buffet) I had a sea view room which was spot on and the bed was very comfy

Wouldn't go back

Liked: Room was far too small and had a damp atmosphere in it
Disliked: The hotel and room was very run down and although had a lick of paint just quite grubby all round

A few doors up from...

Liked: Great location and the free parking is an absolute bonus in busy Blackpool. Buffet breakfast (we didnt have it this time) 2 bars, the one downstairs is open till midnight so we managed a quick nightcap :)
