Pleasant

Liked: The location was good and quiet. There was a Spar supermarket just across the road. Easy check-in and check-out. There were bus stops and tram stations nearby.
Disliked: The room didn't feel too clean. There was a weird smell that we couldn't quite figure out where it was coming from. Floor was stained with either juice or wine and looked like blood spots. The mugs, once used, were not replaced by clean ones, they were just inverted and kept back in place by room service. We also ordered food one day and I went to ask if they could provide us with cutlery. They were selling one wooden fork for 3 euros. So I went to get a whole pack of 10 at Spar for 0,75 euros.

Liked: The hotel was in a nice area, just opposite to a supermarket. The staff is very nice.They allow luggage storage both on arrival and departure day free of charge.The room was spacious.
Disliked: Only 2 smalls things to be aware of are the location, the hotel doesn't really have buses, tram or metro at its doorstep, but it's just a 15min walk away.And the bathroom is almost open into the room, has a glass shower-like door that doesn't allow total privacy.
