Very poor

Liked: It was convenient for us as it was on our itinerary.
Disliked: The place needs an update. The dated carpets have a smell that hits you right from the entry. Some people won't be able to sleep in given the smell. Also, it's overpriced. We found way better accommodations on our itinerary for the same or lower price.

Liked: This is my go to place when I want something clean, quiet and a spectacular view...Dutch Cup Motel is it. Everything you need is in the room, the ladies in the office are great and I look forward to my next visit.
