comfortable and enjoyable

Liked: Comfortable, clean room and good breakfast. A good place to stay.

Highly recommend

Liked: Jo is a great host, friendly and helpful. The room was spotless with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and really set us up for the day. The location is perfect as only a 2 minute walk from the high street. We will definitely return.

Excellent nights stay

Liked: All were first class. Breakfast was made available to us early in order that we could take a taxi to the New Forest Hospital for an early appointment. Room and cleanliness were also top notch.
Disliked: No need for comment.

Lovely one night stay in...

Liked: Excellent location for Lymington and the New Forest. Spotlessly clean, with comfy bed and delicious freshly cooked breakfast. Welcoming, attentive and helpful hosts.

Really nice short stay

Liked: Great location, very close into the town, coast and the forest trails. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Big wardrobe with plentiful hangers.
Disliked: The bathroom needs modernising as the toilet didn’t flush well and the sink was far too low. Pillows too flat.
