Perfect location to walk everywhere...

Liked: This hotel is in a great location right by the gothic quarter, La Rambla, and the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. We are a family of 4 and we appreciated having a king bed and 2 twin beds in one room. The layout was nice and did not feel cramped. We did not realize the pools were plunge pools so we did not use them but we did enjoy a drink at the rooftop bar. Our breakfast was not included in the price but we paid for it and it was nice. It is only 20-25 min from the airport. We enjoyed the location and room so much that we returned for 1 night before flying out of Barcelona. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Liked: Location! Location! Location. Layout of the room and the extra two beds to put our suitcases on. Unexpected amenities (razor/shaving cream, toothbrush/toothpaste). Robes and slippers. Drinkable water in the room refilled daily.
Disliked: Arrived late evening after a big rain in Barcelona and smell from the old sewer system put out a very unpleasant smell that lessened each day.
