Liked: the room is big and spacious
Disliked: all window locks were broke freezing on the night as the heating was turned off . Mouldy bread for breakfast no out of date stickers on food looked like the breakfast remained in fridge from previous customers and topped up not worth over 120 pound which we paid the toaster was disgusting !!!!

Exceptional

Probably the best last minute...

Liked: We loved how the breakfast was organised with it being on a self catering basis but all potted up ready and presented beautifully - especially the fruit. The quality of fixtures and fittings was excellent especially the shower cubical and it's power etc. The location was also lovely next to the sea.
Disliked: We would have loved to make use of the fresh eggs in the fridge but we felt that the poaching machine wasn't the cleanest - not sure how you get round this tbf. The matress was also incredibly soft. We slept well to be fair but it wasn't very supportive, not sure how it would have gone if staying more than one night.

Lovely last minute find.

Liked: Good price, lovely last minute find.Room was a good size, very clean and deco was of an excellent standard. Continental breakfast left in the room choice of cereal; toast eggs yogurt, fruit and preserves. Close to the promenade. Communication great when booking, Thank you
Disliked: A bit of a walk into the town would be fine in the warmer months but was a bit windy and rainy. Would have preferred an option for milk with breakfast, full cream blue top makes me ill, so had to purchase some. Neither are a big deal and would definitely stay again and recommend to others visiting Penzance or surrounding area.

Only stayed one night but...

Liked: Great location. Clean. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and quantity.

Excellent value , well located...

Liked: Whilst work is still ongoing, the property has been renovated to a very high standard. The apartment was clean right and tastefully furnished.
Disliked: Cheap toilet roll :)
