Liked: Parking was easy. Our room was spacious, comfortable and had a great view. The location was excellent, near the front and near to other facilities. People were very friendly and helpful. We will almost certainly return
Disliked: We were slow reading messages and didn't realise at first that we could get to our room even though no-one was in reception. Partly our fault

Liked: The only aspect I truly liked about the stay was the location.
Disliked: The location of the property was great, but unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing.Firstly, although breakfast was included, there was no milk provided in the fridge, and the utensils were in poor condition—unclean and not properly maintained. The staff wasn’t helpful either. We were traveling as a group and had booked two rooms. At first glance, the apartment looked beautiful and well-presented, but several issues quickly became apparent.The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. The master bedroom had an en-suite bathroom, but it was extremely unhygienic. The sink and shower were both clogged, and water wouldn’t drain properly. In fact, none of the drains were working correctly—including the kitchen sink, the main bathroom sink, and the en-suite. This led to a very unpleasant experience. Only one person from our group managed to shower before we realized the drainage was completely blocked.We contacted the property manager immediately, but since we were only staying for one night, our concerns were ignored. Interestingly, the next morning at checkout, we were asked if everything had been resolved—clearly indicating they were aware of the issue, but still failed to act when it mattered.We stayed in apartment number 2 on the second floor, and the smell coming from the drainage was terrible—especially during the summer heat. Unfortunately, due to the lack of cleanliness, poor facilities, and unresponsive management, I would not recommend staying here.

Pleasant overnight stay.

Liked: Modern spacious room. Comfortable bed. Fridge, kettle, and microwave in the room. Breakfast provided was cereals and milk. Tea/ coffee available.
Disliked: The shower tray was slippery when used. Location was slightly further from the train station than expected.
