Nice people, but the facility...

Liked: The staff was great and called me when I'd left my phone charger behind! Thank you!
Disliked: The facility was pretty shabby, and the room was missing some things like a light near the bed that seem fairly standard.

Liked: The room was very clean! I checked it throughly upon arrival. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the coffee and grab-in-go breakfast. A staff member, a man named Ben, was very polite and helpful. This area had many delicious places to eat. It was easy to drive around. I noticed a nice park with people walking. There is a hospital close to the area. I will definitely stay here again while visiting Louisville, KY.
