Liked: Beds and linen were clean. Full, large house to ourselves.
Disliked: Walls, floors, couch needed to be cleaned. No sink plug to wash dishes, no toilet paper, not vacuumed.

Disliked: We were in room 8....Check-in was poorWifi connection was weak.Cleaners came early knocking (aggressively) while we were getting dressed to check-out (9:15am).Tv/remote wasn't working properly.Smelly inside the room - maybe cleaning cloth used was same as what was used for wiping bathroom (damp smell).Curtains broken and uncleaned.Bed uncomfortable, pillows smells. Kitchen wasn't that cleaned.

Liked: Bed was good.
Disliked: TV would not work, had a fault apparently similar to other rooms. Air conditioner did not work. There was no tea towel to dry dishes. woke up cold in the morning due to faulty air con. no radio, no guide for turning on t.v. and air conditioner.

Exceptional

Need to improve Wi-Fi connection and fix light in the bathroom so you can see when putting on makeup

Liked: It was quite taking it was right next to a road, close to nice food places.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi was bad and kept going out, was not good when you have kids with you

Liked: Nice tidy , close to Petone centre , bed was comfortable
Disliked: No spa bath , in room would be nice ensuite
