Liked: Bed was comfortable and heat pump a bonus
Disliked: Staff were rude, useless and uninterested to make guests feel welcome

was a good stay and...

Liked: Stayed in the same room before and it was pretty good
Disliked: shower leaked a lot of water onto floor

2 bedroom apartment Feb 2025

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure.
Disliked: Well worn unit. Had to go ask for towels, and a hand towel. I got given 2 well worn hard towels. Asked for flannels, got told no as apparently management don't do flannels?? Bedside lamp had no bulb in it. Apart from mismatched cutlery, there was only a fish slice, one sharp knife, a peeler and tongs for preparing meals. Not even a can opener. No kitchen plug, Had to ask for a teatowel. Most drawers completely empty. Only an electric blanket in wardrobe. Bit grubby. Had originally booked the 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people, but there's only one carpark for that unit. Sign says over 60 sky channels, but there isn't.

Horrific

Liked: This place would have to be the worst excuse for accomodation I have ever come across. It is absolutely filthy! The amenities are missing, broken, too dirty to use and in general just the most piss poor motel with horrendous service. If I could add more photos I would. They should have the council pay them a visit.

Liked: Close to shops cafes and supermarket
Disliked: Cleaners didn't clean our bathroom and took towels but didn't give us clean towels right away. Left us with no towels sometimes. Had to ask reception for more washing up liquid.

Disliked: Shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned aswell as toilet. Carpets were stained hole room smelt Like stale cigarette smoke . Chairs were stained. Had to wash plates and utensils b4 use as were dirty. Was supplied with 1 single pot after booking for a kitchen. Asked for a frying pan got told no had to buy my own. The bed also smelt Like stale cigarette smoke very sqeaky and old bed..

Disliked: Lack of resources to cook, clean dishes, rooms not being serviced or cleaned
