Wonderful place to say, will...

Liked: The look and feel of the hotel is so good! Exact match of the photos. The room was spotless! They even let us check-in early as our room was ready. Also, we got upgraded, so that was an unexpected perk!
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: We stayed two separate nights at two different rooms. I think the rooms do not have enough daylight regardless of the level they are at. Also the overall lighting of the rooms is not great for night time, although we turned on all the lights available our rooms were still dim.

Exceptional

Liked: The outside terrace and the bar was really convenient and good quality of service and food. The staff was very nice at the hotel and the location was perfect. Close to Milano Centrale and the City center.
Disliked: There was a check-in/check-out system issue and also the elevators didn't work with the room keys but the staff was very helpful all the time to make the stay smoother.

Pleasant

Liked: The cafe was great, room was clean and location is good.
Disliked: The walls are paper thin. I could hear full conversations from next door and in the morning, i could hear their alarm ringing as if it was in my room.

It is all about location.

Liked: The best thing in this hotel is its excellent location. Very close to the Republica metrô station and to the Bosco Verticale building.
Disliked: Some minor problems with the check-in system
