Very good

Liked: Easy check in, plenty of parking, outside space and bar area are lovely.
Disliked: Room was at the back of the pub, kitchen fans right underneath the bedroom windows going from 6.30ish in the morning which woke us up.

Disappointing. We will not be...

Liked: Bedrooms were fine. Restaurant area was pleasant
Disliked: Staff not trained well. Twice had to complain about food service- missing cutlery- lack of various things like butter. Very slapdash. Policy for breakfasts annoying, ie, if you order cooked breakfast and have cornflakes whilst you wait it incurs extra charge. Never had that before- anywhere.
