Expensive and disappointing experience in a property suffering from deferred maintenance.

Liked: Its a pretty old, small Manor House. Rooms are reasonable sized. Lots of parking. Very close to Kinver village.
Disliked: WiFi didnt work at all throughout the property. Electrical problems. Rooms are tired and not well maintained. Its in the very much a 1990s style. There is no bar or restaurant although there is a restaurant nearby that is a short walk.

Lovely place but no good for me as a solo business traveller who needs an early start

Liked: Great location, comfortable, clean & quiet. Friendly staff
Disliked: Rubbish WiFi, no breakfast available until 8am (chef caught in traffic so no breakfast available at 8 am anyway!)
