We came for the transport...

Liked: The hotel was quite well located near the sea front and pier.
Disliked: The evening meals we had as an "extra" to our accommodation were very expensive and not particularly good value for money.

All was excellent

Only spoilt by the inconvenience...

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and comfortable accommodation.
Disliked: The car park is remote from the hotel and too small to accommodate all the guests. A concreted area at the side of the hotel could be converted to hold more cars. A reserved “loading/ drop off only area could be demarked in front of the hotel. I drove around three times and could not pull up anywhere near the hotel to offload my baggage and check in. Fortunately a friend shuttled me in from the distant parking place for me to check in!!

Disliked: Bar prices a little expensive

Disliked: A walk-in shower would be much better than the existing bat/shower

Liked: The hotel is really nice and in a great location. The room was really nice and comfortable and the staff super friendly. The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: We came in the off season and most of the hotel was closed. We loved the room but had a view on the emergency stairs and bins which was not really nice when you know it is empty.
