Disliked: staff shortages.reception staff nice, however restaurant staff need training, no one asking if meal ok, no background music during evening meal or breakfast, lacking atmosphere. evening meal was not fine dining like it used to be, odd menu. room was dirty and needed a good dusting around skirtings. cobwebs in window, been there for quite some time. won’t be back, expensive for what it is. if you are going to charge fine dining prices you need to provide this.
