Liked: The whirlpool in the room was great. Manager at desk was awful. We needed batteries on our remote and she told me to come down to the office. You should send someone up to our room if customer service is part of your accomodations but it clearly isn't. Your pool is terrible, I can see why nobody swims in it. 1ft pool then 3ft in the middle?? You need to renovate the pool for today's people experience. We will not be staying here ever again. Ripoff city!
