Great place to stay

Liked: I'm a local and my husband and I wanted a last minute getaway for our anniversary, away from roommates. We didn't have the funds to go out of town and everything in town was over $300 for one night. Luckily this place had available rooms at a decent price and it was honestly perfect. The rooms have all been updated and they are very nice inside, the wifi worked very well, and it's a good location to go right down the street and enjoy a cocktail and some food at the Dogwood lot. The staff was very friendly, it was comfortable and quiet, and we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: We didnt mind that there was no pool/hot tub or continental breakfast, because we never use those anyway. But good for other people to know that those aren't available here

Liked: The room was very well designed and decorated. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The chairs were not very comfortable. The room smelled of smoke. It wasn’t a strong smell, like it hadn’t happened recently, but our clothes smelled of it at our next stop when we opened our luggage.

Liked: Newly renovated, good location, very affordable.
Disliked: I'm surprised they put people in rooms facing the busier street when it appears there are rooms on the quieter side.
