Liked: We enjoyed how close the court was to the beach and the pool was a nice size.
Disliked: The court staff had made a room assignment error. Which caused us to settle in with luggage and a sudden change was made and we had to move rooms. The way the front desk staff communicated was unprofessional and not understanding.

Liked: We booked the room with little notice and they allowed us to checking 6 hours early. Due to the holiday, parking was very hard to find but the staff went out of their way to find me a spot.
Disliked: Building was built in the 1960's so it is showing it's age. It is not concrete, but a wooden frame design, so children running upstairs sounded like a stampede.

Will not be returning

Disliked: General manager, Angela was very rude when we checked in AC wasn’t working and all she wanted to say was oh I can refund your money. It was Fourth of July weekend. Where else could I possibly get a room and it’s not like I lived in our way I live in Pennsylvania. She was just very rude and then our showerhead fell off. It was just one thing after another like didn’t they inspect the rooms before we even checked in And then there was a fight that was on July 4? There was blood everywhere cars were destroyed. blood was on cars. We had crime scene tape on our hotel room and when videos were posted it’s like staff didn’t do anything there was hundreds of people at our hotel.

Will not be returning again

Disliked: There was issues with the air conditioning and when we told the front desk and then the general manager Angela, she was like oh I could just refund you your money and I’m like I live in Pennsylvania. It’s not like I live an hour away and it was Fourth of July weekend she didn’t wanna do anything to accommodate or anything just giving attitude and then we finally got the AC working and then when we are ready to take showers, the showerhead just fell off so it’s just like one thing after another and then on Fourth of July, there was a big fight that broke out and there was cars that were ruined. There was blood everywhere and Housekeeping didn’t come to our room we had to keep asking Housekeeping for stuff just felt like the general manager didn’t do anything to make our stay better. She was just very rude.
