Disliked: Beds could be up graded especially the mattresses bit past there used by date. Much Iike a hammock to sleep in. 🙃😴

This is not a holiday...

Liked: The accommodation was packed with people, vehicles, motorhomes and UTEs loaded with machine parts. More like a one-night stop for workmen than a holiday accommodation. The 3 standard units were installed with heaters designed for bathrooms. The heat level could not be adjusted and as it was fixed at a high temperature, the small room got heated up very fast. We had to manually switched off and powered on the heater again throughout the whole night. Meanwhile, the heater in one unit wasn't functioning; it was freezing cold for that family. The mattresses were soft as if they had been over-used. When the person at the lower bunk were to turn his/ her body, the entire bunk bed structure wobbles. There was the lingering nasty body odour left behind by previous guests. The smoke alarm was blinking away all night and since it was fixed close to the top bunk bed, the person sleeping on top had a difficult time to fall asleep. Being tourists from overseas, we were not familiar with the policy of "no towels' and 'no bedlinens' for standard units. The lady at the reception did not advised that we could rent the towels and bedlinens. We did not had a proper shower after our long drive and had a freezing night. We could hardly sleep. The shared kitchen had closed and was out of bounds by 10pm. We could not have access to any mugs/ cups for a drink of water. We stayed up till the morning to do a cancellation for the next day stay. The person in charged at the reception turned down our appeal for a refund. We walked away angry and frustrated. As we were determined not to have our 12 days trip end with such a nasty experience, we checked into another quiet, better and cleaner accommodation. We will not be recommending this accommodation to others. It's not fit for holiday makers!

Liked: Friendly staff, good location close to the beach and bathrooms and showers were very clean and spacious. A lot of attention to detail, all the cabins have different themes and designs which I thought was super fun.
