Liked: Location was super and the gardens are very relaxed, particularly by the river
Disliked: Our room 134 was beside the bins. We were awoken at 8am on a Sunday. No lie in. Don’t stay in 134

Great hotel. But avoid staying...
Liked: Lovely hotel, nice to see the peacocks roaming, beautiful garden
Disliked: There was a wedding on. Felt like we were crashing a party. Wedding guests everywhere. Loud music. I’m sure on a different day I would have given 10/10 … this stay 7/10

Great hotel even better staff
Liked: The staff are undoubtedly the best thing about the hotel. We turned up early for a wedding. Unfortunately the room wasn’t ready but we were warned that it might not be. They gave us a conference room to get changed in and some towels for a shower. They were really accommodating though out. Would return again.

Great hotel & gardens, helpful...
Liked: Brilliant reception staff, very helpful. Comfortable room. Quick service at the bar. Plenty of parking. Lovely gardens.

Liked: The location for us was great. Outside Belfast but on the way to the Causeway Coast. Friendly staff. We stayed after a long flight so it was very convenient to have an on-site restaurant. Room was huge

I wudnt rush back to...
Disliked: The booking was misleading, making out that we were staying in the garden rooms showing pictures of that then wen we checked were told we were not. Also the hot tubs were only available to guest staying in the garden rooms. The whole point I booked it in first place. Also staff on reception wernt very helpful and told us wrong information bout dinner etc ☹️

Fantastic service and standard.
Liked: The place itself and the grounds were beautiful and very well kept. I loved how spacious and comfortable the room was. Good selection at breakfast and staff were very attentive. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The only thing I can half complain about is not knowing about the spa garden and it's only specific rooms that have access to it, but that's only because we had to book last minute. Next time we stay, will definitely be booking one of those!
