The hotel offered just what...

Liked: The restaurant service was good and the food of high quality.
Disliked: The overall ambience is a bit dull and our room was brown from floor to ceiling. We would have much preferred a light colour to raise the spirits.

Enjoyable stay over.

Liked: Good location with parking. Dinner and breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The hotel was clean and had freshly been painted however the bed was very uncomfortable.
Disliked: The mattresses could do with being replaced.

Enjoyed our one night stay

Liked: Location, welcoming staff and good overall comfort. The free car park was conveniently located which was a great bonus.
Disliked: Too many steps to carry up the luggage up /down when allocated rooms on the second floor.

Served our purpose but wouldn’t...

Liked: It was very clean and friendly staff. The food was good and reasonable.
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable. Two mattresses zipped together and lumpy. Pillows were flat and not comfortable either. It’s the middle of summer with hot weather and 15 tog duvets on be.
