Grand venue and fantastic location...

Liked: Great staff - we visited just before they had the builders move in for redecoration and redevelopment. Lovely location and really pleasant part of the world.
Disliked: Staff were not going to be retained during refurishment - shame. Refurbishment is exciting as needs a lift due to age, but still a lovely place to stay.

Excellent. Would stay again

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Staff were all brilliant. The building is incredible. The rooms were clean and comfy if maybe in need of a bit of tlc. Excellent value for money
Disliked: Little uplift in decor. Would have liked a bath
