Affordable, nice pool and breakfast,...

Liked: Easy, quick check-in and checkout. Standard continental breakfast. Accessible facilities. Nice pool area. Walking distance to gas station and McDonald's.
Disliked: Room had a bit of a stale incense/smoke smell at first. Breakfast room was a bit small and some items were not restocked, but overall good experience.

Disliked: I was charged for a room with pets only to find out tjey DO NOT ALLOW PETS, I only found this out after I booked it with being told they accept pets. I would never recommend them based on falze advertising and the fact that after they.verbally told me they didmt allow pets and I explained I was traveling soth tbem and tbat i needec to cancel, they went ahead and charged my card for the full a.ount plus cancellation fees. Very wrong and unprofessional.

Liked: Location fit my needs and was comfortable enough but I will find elsewhere to stay in Duluth area in the future.
Disliked: Essentially no breakfast. The 'bread' items were left in their cupboard all day and it was the same items left-over the next day - needless to say the 'bread' items were hard and stale. They did have fresh eggs and sausages each morning - if you can eat eggs. Cereal and Coffee was available and only a few apples. I had my coffee and left. The Front Desk didn't know the area to help for eateries as only McD and Subway nearby. Thank goodness I had my own "TV" as the one in the room had issues.

Disliked: hot tub broken - this is a deal-breaker, how can hotels advertise a hot tub when it doesn't work. Breakfast was mediocre.

Liked: The staff were incredibly nice and helpful! The location had great access to the highways and it was conveniently next to a gas station. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Only thing was the walls are thin, so you can hear people outside the doors fairly well. Our neighbors kept going in and out of their room and you can hear the doors constantly slamming.

Liked: I had a 2 queen size beds in a handicap room. The bed was great, the pillows were out of this word, wanted to bring them home with me. Lots of TV channels to chose from. I was surprised to see a hotel with so many cable channels. The water pressure in the shower and the shower head was fantastic, again trying to figure out how I could take it home. Breakfast was good. Typical hotel hot breakfast with waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage patties. I would stay there again.
Disliked: I don't know what happened but when we checked in I was given the registration paper to sign and i was going to use a different card to pay for the room but the clerk put it through so fast that I couldn't change the payment. As I was signing it I seen that it had my daughter's address, (my daughter was also staying there also) instead of mine. Now I went through booking.com and she went thought the hotel so I have no idea how it got messed up. I told the clerk about it and they just said it's OK. We went to the after breakfast and when we came back to our room we were locked out. My husband got a new key card and later our daughter was I eating to go back to her room and sh ran into some people coming to our room because they were just checked in and was given our room. She tryed it and it opend our door. We put all our drinks in the mini fridge and the next morning we found out it was not on. I can understand turning it off when no one is in the room but they could have told us about it or have a sign telling you about it. Other then that every thing was just fine. I would would still go back and stay again.
