Located on Sidmouth's seafront the Dukes inn is nestled on the majestic sandstone cliffs which form part of the Jurassic Coast. It features free Wi-Fi access a bar and a restaurant. There is limited free onsite parking available. It leads to a viewing point of Jacob's Ladder Beach and the entrance of Connaught Gardens. Sidmouth Golf Club is a short 5-minute car journey away and Beer Quarry Caves are also 16 minutes' drive from the inn.

Great location and comfy, stylish...

Liked: We really enjoyed the stylish rooms and convenient location, right next to the beach and close to many shops. The staff were friendly and professional. Enjoyed a good dinner while the breakfast was served at the nearby sister hotel since they didn´t have electricity.
Disliked: Our room was at the end of the corridor and we had to go past a glass door which had to be kept shut at all times. This made the air quite stuffy and the room a bit too warm.

This was our second short...

Liked: The room was spacious and very clean, equipped with tea,biscuits and coffee machine. We had breakfast both days, well cooked and lots of choices. Dinner of fish & chips on our first night was tasty.

Disliked: No lounge no where to sit other than room , sat at outside table , with people queuing to be seated for food felt uncomfortable so moved
