Convenient and comfortable, with very...

Liked: The staff were really helpful; we arrived quite late in the evening and they were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty.
Disliked: It's in a very convenient location, but is on a busy road. We slept with the window open which meant there was a bit of traffic noise. We still slept well however.

Perfect location for visiting Blenheim...

Liked: Accessible for Blenheim Palace - brilliant!! Clean and good atmosphere. Friendly staff and good food
Disliked: Undecided on the whole - 12.5% tip on food bill. I know it is stated on menu but do not really like being informed that it happens. Yes. You can take it off but in front of staff I think that’s a bit uncomfortable. The service was excellent and staff friendly but would prefer to make own tip on an individual basis. We chose to eat elsewhere on the second night based in this service charge issue.
