Liked: The Hotel was lovely and clean and fresh and the position was perfect.
Disliked: We had a one night stay with our disabled son and we were very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely as well.

Liked: Very welcoming and friendly staff. Excellent room with nice facilities.Situated just steps away from the beach, the location is excellent!
Disliked: The cleanliness of the dining area on our visit didn't quite meet the high standards set by the rest of the facilities, though the breakfast was very enjoyable and of good quality.

Liked: Great location right in the centre of Whitstable, a short walk from the train station. Really lovely rooms, recently refurbished and a lot of attention to detail such as well thought out lights and bedside usb connections, local beers left in room, coffee machine.The pub itself is lovely and although we didn't have dinner there the menu looked great and our breakfast in the morning was delicious and a fab selection. Would definitely stay here again. The pub was very busy but all staff friendly and helpful
