Very good

Liked: Service was excellent. Bed a bit soft and a lot shines through the door at night. Location is amazing and the food was great. Pity the chef refuses to do the steak the way you like it though :(
Disliked: Bed too soft and wooden floors and upstairs noisy guests do not make for the best sleep

Fantastic staff

Liked: Staff were excellent. The decor was lovely, and the location and scenery were beautiful.The meals were excellent with plenty of choice and food fresh and well presented.Bed was comfortable and room clean.
Disliked: The tariff for our room was the same as travelling companions. Our room was much smaller, in fact quite pokey compared to theirs. Didn't feel this was equitable.The shower over the bath was awkward to get in and out of. Perhaps a handle on the wall would help.Panel in the wall was not secured and kept falling out.

Liked: Everything from check in to check out was flawless, the staff, service was excellent and I was made to feel at home.

Liked: Amazing location and cozy vibes super friendly staff.
Disliked: The top rooms was a bit chilly (we visited during march )

Breakfast was very good and...

Liked: Beautiful property. Room very nice. Staff were very friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The noise from the exhaust in the kitchen was very loud and disruptive. The kitchen was more or less below our room.

Pleasant stay

Liked: I come from Fife and this was our first time visiting Skye - why didn't I come before!!. Very good breakfast and staff happy to help with specific requests. The surrounding grounds were pleasing, benches set up to observe the surrounding area. Hotel manager, waitress and the young waiter on our last day were helpful and happy to have a chat.
Disliked: Potentially no parking spaces, lucky to get the one we did after a day out sightseeing, not in full season but would be a problem in the summer . Evening meal was good but a bit on the expensive side. Need to have a drip cover on the bottom of the shower door - water leaked out and under onto the floor.
