Disliked: on arrival we were early the reception staff we not very interested at all just told us check in was 3pm,we had requested loch view which we had in room 30 but also had a blank wall to look at as the loch was higher up view, the restaurant staff were all so welcoming ,they made up for the reception staff, the cake shop was lovely but at times you had to hunt out the staff as it seemed understaffed, but the cakes were worth the wait, the gentleman on breakfast duty was again very nice & was vey helpful,overall we enjoyed our stay but maybe your reception staff could do with a little customer service training

Disliked: Overpriced food & drink. Expected a fridge in our suite . Bed was quite small . And the terraced area for the suite looked a bit tired .
