Liked: I booked a suite with a sofa to accommodate my family and was given two queen beds. I was asked if I had booked through a 3rd party and that they could offer a cot. Apparently they downgrade your booking from 3rd parties, no matter what you reserve and pay for your reservation.☹️

Overall it was a good...

Liked: Close to Disney Parks. Breakfast and dinner were included and were fair. Staff was very friendly. Ability to enter early on Disney parks is very good.
Disliked: We stayed on the 2nd floor and there we terrible loud noises from the gym with people dropping heavy weights on the floor up until 1-2am. It was so loud that we were frequently waking up. Parking is $25/day, while most of the other hotels have that includedRoom was not clean. We used baby wipes to clean up the floor when we arrived and in a simple wipe, the tissues came out totally black, as if no deep cleaning was never made. Just superficial tide up. We also noticed that I several days of our stay where basic things weren't cleaned from one day to the other. Just towels replaced and beds made.

Liked: -friendly staff-clean room and clean bathroom-bed was very comfortable-breakfast and dinner was good -free drinks and snacks-shuttles to all Disney theme parks and springs-pool and jacuzzi was great with a great view of the lake
