Great place to stay

Liked: I am very happy we found this place! The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, they over heard my daughter wanting some yogurt and went back in the kitchen to get one for her at their "kick-back hour". I was going to buy a pop in their little shop and they opened the fountain beverage station for me so I didn't have to pay for a bottle. All around friendly and helpful. The recommended a shuttle service to the baseball game we were going to see so we didn't have to pay for parking just 10/10 staff. We stayed in a double queen room, the room itself was nothing spectacular, you typical hotel room, clean and did its job. As always it seems the pillows sucked, but I feel like the pillows at any hotel aren't great.The pool and hot tub were nice! The free breakfast buffet was so good! Food was great and lots of options! They also have the "Kitchen and Bar" in the hotel which we ordered some beers and a desert for take out up to our room. very good as well. The "Kick-Back Hour" was awesome. They offered smaller food items but you could fill up on it as a dinner (baked potatoes, hot nachos w/ cheese and all the fixings, hotdogs, a soup/chili option) and they give each adult guest 3 free drinks. We only got beers but there might have been other options.all around very happy with this place and would love to go back if we were to visit Milwaukee again.
Disliked: Honestly - I don't think there was anything to complain about. The hotel was great. Its no luxury hotel so if you are looking for Spas n such this isn't the place for you, but if you are looking for reasonable accommodation its great.The parking fee is $25/night with unlimited in and out access The Pet fee is $50/night both fees are on top of whatever you book the room for (so if you book it for 500 and park there for three days it'll be 575 total)
