Disappointed,Disgusted, and very unaware! Meaning...

Liked: Convenient, clean , hottub(BONUS)!
Disliked: To be honest and fair I have a very sensitive issue with housekeeping. 1 being my room was gone into and cleaned without permission. AND with a do not disturb sign on door ! I let it slide! Then I checked out on a Monday at exactly 11 a.m. but before doing so I had been in the gym prior to leaving. I left the gym on bottom floor and proceeded to make my way to my room on the 10th floor time being 10:30 . I now enter my room and take a shower before leaving. Before I do so I take my wedding band off. This was a white gold black diamond ring. I specifically remember taking the ring off cuz my fingers swell up over night being in construction 28 years. I slept with it on and it was cutting off circulation.. Long story short I took shower got out and gathered all my belongings. Room was a disaster as 11 pm. Checkout was approaching fast. Got everyone and everything together and exited the room. WELL my ring still on the ledge of bathroom sink. I checkout and now on my 4 hour journey home. I got about an hour out from hotel and realized I had a naked finger. I proceed to call the hotel ASAP! I was told I was gonna get a call back the following morning by the head housekeeper named Christian. That never happened. I called late morning and was told a second time I was gonna get a call back that had housekeeper was nowhere to be found and we will have somebody call you. Later that day I called and demanded to know what was going on and that I absolutely knew the ring was there. They said they had checked with whomever cleaned the room and looked the room up and down plus there safe/checked notes and found nothing! At this point, I am very upset and disappointed, knowing there is a thief among that hotel. It’s very uncomfortable to know that you can’t trust or be safe anywhere these days nor trust in whom you employee.

Liked: My daughter and I stayed after seeing Wicked. It was the perfect location. Having the dinner buffet and breakfast were wonderful surprises! The staff who checked us in was friendly, welcoming and warm. I told him I was Elphaba, and he shared about acting in high school. It was lovely.
Disliked: everything met or exceeded my expectations
