Clean with very helpful and...

Liked: Breakfast: I'm not a big fan of the type of breakfast service provided. Very similar to average hotel chains.Location: The location was greatRoom: The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. But, also very dark
Disliked: The hotel as a whole, lacked the Southwest ambiance present in other hotels in the city. It reminded me of hotels frequented by business travelers.

Liked: I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Plaza.
