Other than the very disrespectful...

Liked: Great amenities and staff
Disliked: May have been out of staff’s control but feel like things can be put in place to make it available but minor kids at pool making it impossible for anybody to enjoy the pool and the noise at all hours of the night was horrible. Not sure what group was in there but they let their kids run wild and made it very unpleasant for other guests and shouldn’t have parent other peoples children. We had to tell this group of kids several times to quit running the halls, stop yelling, and more.

Liked: I loved the cleanliness and the great amenities that the hotel offered. I absolutely enjoyed the front desk guy, he was so friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The breakfast staff was a little rude, my mom and I would say Goodmorning to them and they’d never say anything back. I’m wandering if they spoke English.
