Liked: This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfasts and dinners were delicious and well thought out. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. We were very impressed!
Disliked: We had a great experience.

Liked: The staff and customer service was outstanding. Every employee was smiling and very kind. This was one of the BEST customer service experiences I ever had.
Disliked: Interstate too close and I was occasionally woken up from traffic.

Liked: We had never never stayed at this hotel chain before, but we were blown away! The staff upon check-in was incredibly friendly, which really made us feel welcome. The fact that you get dinner, and even alcoholic drinks included is a major plus.
Disliked: No, everything was wonderful!
