Liked: Clean rooms, good location and cool personell, free parking even if it’s really tight.
Disliked: No bellman, poor breakfast, and the pool it’s really nothing like in the pictures.

The nicest hotel we have...

Liked: Such an unusual set up.....loved where the pool, dining area, laundry and fitness center was located. The hotel was right across the street from The Dome where we were going for a football game. Very friendly staff. Private on site parking.
Disliked: Parking garage entry/exit was very tight.

Nice hotel, good value for...

Liked: Parking - small bay out front whilst you check in and get the parking instructions. Easy to park with lots of available space.Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Unexpected happy hour with 3 free drinks and nibbles. Breakfast was usual small hot/cold buffet and adequate.Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, although the air conditioning was very noisy and had to turn it off for sleeping.Reasonable downtown location - about 15 min stroll to Gateway Arch.
Disliked: Only minor niggles are the air con noise and parking fee quite expensive but not unexpected for city centre locations.

Disliked: 4th level smelled of smoke bad. Rooms are older and we had to clean up something sticky on the tile floor upon check in.Cant say we will return!
