Liked: Vey nice and comfortable room and bathroom WC accessible for mom. Very clean. Bathroom was very large (accessible).Staff at desk Melindya,,,,,was fantastic. So nice, knowledgeable, so friendly, so helpful and working alone?????Austin helped me with a late check for my elderly unwell mother, much appreciated.Bartender was very sweet.Day desk staff was also super friendly.So happy we could have our little pup with us. She enjoyed her stay..
Disliked: I would really like to see hotels do away with carpet, and fabric furniture. Just no way to keep it clean. Vinyl or leather furniture and laminate floors should be the future in hotels. Just so much cleaner and able to disinfect.Pool was a bit small and crowded.There were no trash bin liners or recycle bins.Probable need to install hand cleaner dispensers in rooms and halls.We we are the top floor. Highway noise/hum was a constant, but bearable and we slept very well.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and nightly supper. This was a SUPER VALUE FOR THE MONEY! The pool and hot tub were conveniently located and kept very clean. Overall: it was a wonderful experience!
