Manager good. Staff terrible

Liked: The manager was great, helpful and kind.
Disliked: The staff were rude and would not help me with the broken phone in my room. I asked 3 times. One staff person hung up on me.

meh stay

Liked: staff were all very nice.
Disliked: broken elevator. flickering bathroom light in our room, that went out completely the morning we left. pool was gross, cloudy, not sure if the filtration system works at all.

The stay was for weekend...

Liked: The location of the hotel was nice! The staff at this location were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bathroom could of been cleaned a little better.
