Liked: We always love the kickback hour in the evening with dinner and drinks in the lobby. The food is a little "imitation" not the best quality, they do offer fresh salad bar, but a few more options for it would be nice. Not many hotels offer a free dinner and cocktail hour, so I won't complain. The beds are very comfy and the jetted tub is amazing! Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

Honeymoon

Liked: The hot breakfast was great and there were many many options of which to choose. We were pleasantly surprised with the free dinner buffet from 5:30 to 7pm and our 3 free drinks per day from the bar. The staff was awesome!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The buffet attendant, whether morning or evening, was very attentive to the area. Loved our jetted tub, it totally exceeded our expectations as did the hot tub. Having an elevator at both ends of the building was nice as the front desk and pool were at opposite ends. Multiple plugs on the nightstands was great and having regular chairs to sit in other than the office chair was nice.
Disliked: The toilet paper was horrible!! That definitely needs improved please for the sake of ALL of our bottoms!! The windows in our room were discolored like they had a milky substance in-between the glass panes so it was difficult to take photos out of them. Bed wasn't too bad but could have been softer or more comfortable. My husband did not like the pillows, he said they were too squishy. In the winter time it would be nice to find an extra blanket either in the closet or one of the drawers. They were renovating while we were staying but they did give a heads up at check-in. It was a bit noisy during the day but between 4 and 5pm it stopped til the next day.

Liked: Location was good but I understand its in a very high crime area. Food was very good and the staff were very friendly and polite.
Disliked: It's old and needs some updating and since its under renovation now, hopefully that will be improved!
