Amazing stay and great location

Liked: every thing was amazing staff was very friendly and prompt.
Disliked: only thing that was inconvient was the 7th floor bugy elevator takes for ever to use.

Liked: Waffles and the other hot breakfast items.
Disliked: You need more of a variety of pastries. Muffins in a plastic covering doesn't cut it.

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous! Kickback was great, too! Fun to stay right on the River Walk. Very close to the Rio Boat Rides. Walking distance to the Fiesta Parades, the Alamo, the Market, San Fernando Cathedral and so much more!
Disliked: Everything was great!

Liked: Everything! Friendly staff, comfortable bed. Nice pool and great breakfast. Location was perfect for the Riverwalk and trolley. Close to Alamo.

Delightful weekend stay for the...

Liked: We liked our room, it was clean, spacious, and everything functioned well. The bed was very large and comfortable, i slept like a rock. We really enjoyed the hot breakfasts, and the happy hour drinks and snacks were great too! The staff were very attentive and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, with direct access to the Riverwalk, and the lobby was impressive.
Disliked: The on-site parking was a bit of a challenge. We appreciate that the hotel has on-site parking, just due to its downtown location. That said, we found the spaces to be tight and there is not much room to maneuver. I found it difficult to enter and exit our vehicle due to this. I recommend backing in to the spot. If you come back to the hotel late at night, there may not be spots available.
