Your staff is great and everything was very nice; except these two issues. 1. We think there needs to be a note on the air conditioning/heating unit, so guests know how to turn it on/adjust it. 2. Our bathroom commode was not working properly - important for 3 guests who are trying to get ready for a business meeting.

LOOOOOVE this place

Liked: So this is the 3rd year in a row that my folks stay here. They LOVE it, the neighborhood is nice and quiet, plenty of places to eat and shop. Breakfast at the hotel is good and the kickback dinner is great!

Liked: Breakfast & Happy hour snacks are a big reason we come to this hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful and we will be back.
Disliked: We had an issue with our vehicle that was out of the hotels control, but the manager was extremely helpful.
