Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to accommodate every request we had. The room was very clean. We enjoyed the fact that they served breakfast and supper too.
Disliked: The only problem was the cleaning staff did not make our beds up for the third night we stayed. I was a little disappointed in that. The bathroom had been cleaned but not completely.

Disliked: Your bartender during the “3 free drinks” part of the evening was horrendous. She refused us service after 2 drinks (1 for each of us), kept his voucher, then told my husband he needed to “go to the front desk for another voucher”.. why? So we did. Then I went up to the bar by myself because my husband was over it. She told me “well here’s his ticket and the drink he left up here”, but she had refused to make him one AND the ticket she offered me was NOT our ticket that she took. It was STRANGE but she was incredibly rude either way. So I gave her the drink ticket we had just got from the front desk, asked for 2 drinks, then I told her to keep the ticket (which still had 1 punch left on it, because I wasn’t about to go back up and ask for the last drink from someone like that.
