Superb

Liked: The amenities and staff are excellent.

We love Drury Inns but...

Liked: Staff was quite overwhelmed at check in, but they made their best effort to be nice and patient. Food was decent. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Cleanliness in the hall our room was located was awful, the smell was overwhelming, and it did carry on to our room. Carpet on our room was very stained and sticky! The Dinner time was shorter than most Drury Inns we have stayed recently in the Midwest by half an hour.

Have stayed several times and...

Liked: Clean, bed was comfortable, the meals were good with a great selection.
Disliked: Pool was too cold.

Superb

Very clean!

Liked: Our room was spacious and very clean!
Disliked: Lots of kids running around, but you can’t help that. The pillows also felt like a bunch of rags lumped together.

Exceptional

Liked: I liked the quality of the room and the price we paid, dinner and breakfast were bonuses!

Disliked: Wish we could stream platforms

Disliked: The guy at the front desk was completely confused with my reservation and overwhelmed trying to get us checked in, answer phones, and help customers. Took us 20 minutes just to get checked in.
